TPDC Team Registration
2010 Season
TPDC swim team welcome all swimmers between the age of 5 & 18 that can swim at least 25 meters (one length of the pool ) front crawl and 25 meters on the back . In order to become a member of the team, an applicant must follow the steps below:
Registration and Payment - TPDC
Option 1 - Payment by Cash or Check (Add $25 to the fee after June 15)
Print and manually complete this TPDC Registration Form; Electronically complete and print this TPDC Registration Form
Complete a supplies Order Form for each registered swimmer.
Mail the completed TPDC Registration Form, Order Form along with payment to: DCPR-TPDC Registrar, c/o Rhonda Waller, PO Box 683, Greenbelt, MD 20770.
or
- Hand deliver the completed registration and order form with payment to the DCPR-TPDC Registrar at Takoma Aquatic Center during the season.
Option 2 - Late Online Payment & Registration
First make your payment online
Complete the online TPDC Registration & Order Form.
Your Paypal Confirmation # would be required to complete this online registration form. Upon submission of your registration, a copy will be sent to your email address.
