TPDC Team Registration
2009 Season
TPDC swim team welcomes all swimmers between the age of 5 & 18 that can swim at least 25 meters (one length of the pool ) front crawl and 25 meters on the back . In order to become a member of the team, an applicant must follow the two (2) steps below:
Step 1: Registration and Payment - DCPR Aquatics Division
All swimmers MUST first be registered with the DCPR - Aquatics Division
Fees are
- $10 DC Residents
- $15 Non-DC Residents

Under "Location" - select "Takoma Pool"
Under "Activity Name" - select "Competitive Swimming Youth: TPDC Swim Team" OR enter the Activity # 4616.188

Step 2: Registration and Payment - TPDC
Option 1 - Payment by Cash or Check
Complete and Print the TPDC Registration Form .
Mail the completed TPDC Registration Form with payment to: TPDC Registrar, 9601 Lake Point Court, #303, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774.
or
- Hand deliver the completed registration with payment to the TPDC Registrar at Takoma Aquatic Center on any Wednesday at the Parents Meeting during the registration period.
Option 2 - Online Payment & Registration
First make your payment online.
Complete the online TPDC Registration Form.
Your DCPR payment confirmation # & your Paypal Confirmation # would be required to complete this online registration form. Upon submission of your registration, a copy will be sent to your email address.
TPDC Team Supplies
Swim Pro
Swim Pro provides all of the team's swim suits and other items that your swimmer(s) may need during the swim season. Click here to find a Swim Pro order form for the team suits. Orders placed on and before May 29, will be distributed during the week of June 15. After May 29th, suits can be purchased in person at the store .
TPDC Supplies
Team swim caps and Team T-Shirt can be ordered from our team Registrar. Complete the TPDC Order Form here and submit the completed form along with a cash / check payment.
You may use this TPDC Supplies form to place your order online. Your Paypal confirmation # is needed.
Your order will be processed once payment is made and your order is received and confirmed by the Registrar.
