MEMBERSHIP AND TEAM REGISTRATION
TPDC swim team welcomes all swimmers between the age of 5 - 18 who can swim at least 25 meters (one length of the pool).
** We will close registration at 125 swimmers this year**
Registration & Membership
Returning Swimmers (those who were registered for the 2010 Season) - $115
New Swimmers and Returning Swimmers not registered during preregistration: - $125
Late Registration: - $150

Returning Swimmer Pre-Registration
Once your 2010 registration is confirmed, the registrar will send you a PayPal invoice for the 2011 registration fees - $115. On the invoice will be a link where you go to complete the registration process. YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED!
Failure to complete the process by May 3rd will result in your registration fee increasing to $125 on May 4th.

Quick Registration
Come to Back to Pool Night on Wednesday, May 4, 2011 @ Takoma Pool.
Fill out the swimmer Registration and Order Form online (or fill out the Registration Form, print it and bring the electronic copy with you).
Pay via cash, money order or certified check onsite.

Print the registration form, complete and mail to Rhonda Waller with certified check or money order made payable to DCPR-TPDC
